For Matar Paneer:
๐ง 200g paneer (cubed)
๐ฑ 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
๐ง 1 onion (finely chopped)
๐ง 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
๐ 2 tomatoes (pureed)
๐ถ๏ธ ยฝ tsp red chili powder
๐ ยฝ tsp turmeric powder
๐ฟ 1 tsp coriander powder
๐ฅ ยฝ tsp garam masala
๐ง Salt to taste
๐ง ยฝ cup water
๐ง 2 tbsp oil or ghee
๐ฟ Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
๐ฅ Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add onions and sautรฉ until golden.
๐ง Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
๐ Stir in tomato puree, chili, turmeric, and coriander powder. Cook till oil separates.
๐ฑ Add green peas and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
๐ง Add paneer cubes, salt, and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
๐ฟ Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
